Searcys has just announced its dates for this season's Members' Supper Clubs. These wonderfully themed evenings blend delicious food with the perfect wines. The first Supper Club of the year is on Friday 23 May - A British-themed evening. The menu will reflect all things British with a starter of English Asparagus Velouté, followed by Herb-Encrusted Welsh Lamb Rump and a Wild English Strawberry Parfait to finish. These fabulous dishes will be paired with Chapel Down Bacchus, Gusbourne Pinot Noir and Chapel Down Rose respectively. The Supper costs £60 per person without the wines or £95 per person including the wine pairing. |
