Guards Polo Club is delighted to welcome the Jaipur Polo Team, led by HH Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur, to The Queen's Ground to play for iconic Jaipur Trophy. This historic team will be in action against a competitive Guards Polo Club quartet. Played as part of the Club's first Indian Polo Day, this match recalls the time when India was the globally recognised heart of polo. The Jaipur Trophy was first presented here at Guards Polo Club in 1968 by HH Sawai man Singh ll. That historic match featured HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH The Prince of Wales (now HM King Charles lll). After a gap of 11 years, Guards Polo Club is delighted to reintroduce this cup to its impressive schedule in 2025.
