Guards Polo Club has a wealth of experience in coordinating events and hospitality ranging from 20 guests in the Royal Box to 20,000 at Cartier International Polo.
Hospitality packages can be tailor made to your requirements, from champagne to afternoon tea, flowers to photographs even a marching band can be arranged. Choose from one of our three venues; The Royal Box, The Sponsors' Marquee or The Dukes Pavilion or alternatively a picnic area next to the pitch can be reserved for your party.
We are happy to work with you in a number of ways from simply granting you a green field site as a venue for your event to managing your entire day. Through the support of our long established caterers, contractors and suppliers, including furniture hire, power and telecommunications we are able to organise as much or as little of your event as you require.
The Royal Box
Probably one of the most exclusive corporate hospitality addresses in the country . The Royal Box is beautifully designed and furnished and can seat up to 24 people. The Royal Box over looks The Queen's Ground and is used regularly by members of the Royal Family .
Ideally located next to The Queen's Ground The Sponsors' Marquee can seat up to 500 people and is the perfect venue for larger events. The marquee can be tailored to suit your requirements.
The Dukes Pavilion
The Dukes Pavilion is the most intimate venue available, set in a more private location with its own terrace overlooking the Dukes Ground.
