Guards Polo Club has a wealth of experience in coordinating events and hospitality ranging from 20 guests in the Royal Box to 20,000 at our ticketed events.

Hospitality packages can be tailor-made to your requirements, from champagne to afternoon tea, flowers to photographs even a marching band can be arranged. Choose from one of our three venues; The Royal Box, The Clubhouse or The Duke's Pavilion or alternatively a picnic area next to the pitch can be reserved for your party.

We are happy to work with you in a number of ways from simply granting you a green field site as a venue for your event to managing your entire day.  With the support of our long established relationships with caterers, contractors and suppliers, including furniture hire, power and telecommunications we are able to organise as much or as little of your event as you require.

The Royal Box

Probably one of the most exclusive corporate hospitality addresses in the country. The Royal Box is beautifully designed and furnished and can seat up to 30 people. The Royal Box overlooks The Queen's Ground and is used regularly by members of the Royal Family.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse can be booked Tuesday to Saturday, with a maximum capacity of 210 for a formal sit down dinner or 350 for an asado buffet. The Stick Room can be hired for groups of up to 60 guests.  The Clubhouse and Stick Room overlook The Queen's Ground and is an ideal location for corporate days out or family celebrations. With both rooms you will have access to the terrace and lawn.

The Duke's Pavilion

The Duke's Pavilion is the most intimate venue available, set in a more private location with its own terrace overlooking The Duke's Ground.  To hire this venue you must be a member of Guards Polo Club.
