The Vivari Queen's Cup is one of the fastest and most exciting high-goal polo tournaments you will see in this country. For three weeks the world's best teams have been battling at high speed using the utmost skill and agility to win a place in this prestigious final. Historically HM The Queen presents this trophy, which she first donated to the Club in 1960, to the winning team. A morning game will see the finalists in the subsidiary final. This truly unique day of fast paced polo also offers you the opportunity to enjoy refreshments and shop for gifts in the Retail Village.

Private vehicles entering Windsor Great Park must display a valid vehicle pass. Passes can be pre-booked or bought on the day (at a cost of £30 per car).

Public Transport
By Rail: Sunningdale Station from Waterloo - approx 2.2 miles from Gate B (Blacknest) Egham Station from Waterloo - approx 4.5 miles from Gate B (Blacknest). A taxi will then be required to get to Guards Polo Club.
By Air: Heathrow Airport (10 miles drive)
By Helicopter: Please call Coworth Park on 01344875155 for permission to land. Coworth Park is 5 minutes away from the event by car.

Dress Code

• All areas: Smart casual - no jeans, trainers or sportswear.
• Bar area: No shorts or vests.
• Restaurant: Trousers, collared shirts & jackets (gentlemen)
• This is an outdoor event and all seating is uncovered please dress appropriately for the weather.

• Members can pre-book tables in the Members' Restaurant - Please book online or contact the ticket office 01784 437797

• A wide range of refreshments is available in our retail village
• Spectators are welcome to bring their own food and drink to the event. The majority of spectators using this option prefer to picnic close to their car
• BBQs are NOT permitted due to damage caused to our grounds

Tickets

• Please ensure your party have their relevant car passes before arriving at the event. Cars arriving without car passes will be charged £30 to enter the event (this is non-refundable)
• There are no collection points for tickets
• Tickets will be sent by 1st class post for bookings made before 5th June. For bookings made from 6th June onwards tickets will be available for collection from the ticket office on the day of the event.
• Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified
• Please look after tickets as duplicates cannot be issued
• No access to grandstand seating without the correct tickets
• No monies can be refunded under any circumstances
• Please note a seat ticket is required for each child, however small babies under 2 years old may sit on your lap
• Ticket holders consent to the photographing, recording and filming of themselves as event attendees
• Members badges and car passes are not valid for this event - Discount tickets are available to members up until 23rd May 2008 please book online or call the ticket office on 01784 437797.

Grandstand Seating 

• All seating is allocated - parties wishing to be seated together must book together
• Please do not smoke in the grandstand
• Please do not take any glass bottles into the grandstand
• Dogs are not permitted in the grandstand
There is no access to or from the stands during play

Disabled Spectators

Disabled spectators are asked to display their government issued disabled passes as well as their car pass for preferential parking. Disabled parking will be located close to the Clubhouse.
Disabled spectators with special requirements are asked to call the ticket office to discuss their needs on 01784 437797.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted in the Grandstands, Clubhouse, Restaurant, Bar or Royal Box
