The Royal Windsor Cup Tournament sponsored by Credit Suisse 2007
Held on 03/06/07.
The Royal Windsor Cup, sponsored by Credit Suisse and historically presented by HM The Queen, is the premier medium-goal tournament in the English calendar. It has been played at Guards Polo Club since 1955 - the Club's inaugural year - and continues to attract the leading players of the sport. This tournament usually features more than 25 teams and so even qualifying is an achievement. In fact many players consider winning the Royal Windsor as the pinnacle of their career due to the strength of the competition. Former winning teams include HRH The Prince of Wales's Windsor Park team. The equine thrills do not end with the final whistle of the match. A carriage driving procession, organised by the British Driving Society, will then parade in front of the Royal Box. Thanks to the support of Credit Suisse - a world-leading financial services company - the Royal Windsor Cup Day at Guards Polo Club provides passion, power and pageantry.
