The Vivari Queen's Cup final will be played on Sunday 15 June 2008 and the retail village will be situated to the West of the grandstand seating
Cartier International Polo takes place on Sunday 27 July 2008 and the retail village will be situated to the North side of the ground in a "high traffic" position, close to the main parking area.

If you do not currently have Acrobat Reader, this can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe website by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. We cannot take bookings online at present so please print out and post or fax back your completed forms. All fees due must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cheques or credit cards (except Diners) are acceptable.
Please submit with your application a current, valid copy of a Certificate of Public Liability Insurance along with a photograph of your unit and a price list. An invoice for VAT purposes will be issued confirming your place once Guards Polo Club agrees acceptance. Guards Polo Club reserves the right to refuse individual vendors.
